Flor is a key contributor and developer of the Virtual Entrepreneurship Program (VEP), designed in partnership with the EU Business School Munich for members of the Professional Women's Network (PWN). The VEP program consists of 8 online modules plus 8 hours of a virtual executive coach and a global team of peer coaches that meet monthly. My executive coach was perfectly qualified and matched my needs to prepare for a major career transition. The peer coaches have shared their successes and helped each other progress in their various start ups. Overall, this robust VEP program has enabled me to connect with supportive and talented women from around the globe and has given me the skills and confidence to start my own company.
